David was the first boy I ever slow danced with and it was at his Bar Mitzvah. Whenever I hear the song I still think of him. It’s so sad that he met such a horrible and senseless end and it truly breaks my heart.

Such a shame you were shot by your wifes son.. in 9th grade you told me stories of the 6 Million who died at the hands of the Nazis You always reached out to me for Mechanical things and I made some things for your Dad in Machine Shop You were a Good Buddy Rest Well, Suke

David, your moral compass and your rationality had various instances to keep my own on the straight and narrow when they were tested. Rest in Peace!

David and I first met in kindergarten and were friends through school. Often, either he would come on the bus to my house with me, or I would go to his house. Our mothers would have to call the other to say that we were together. Once we graduated from UD, we seldom saw each other as we each went on with our lives. It is a somber coincidence that he and my father-in-law (from pancreatic cancer) died on the same day.
