Michael D. Creveling of Hatboro, Pennsylvania died Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Abington Hospital Jefferson Health. He was 64 years old. Michael was born April 15, 1954 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, son of the late Darryl L. Creveling and the late Margaret Creveling (nee - Barnes). He is the beloved husband of Barbara Creveling (nee Morgan); father of Jeffrey M. Creveling and his wife Kate and David A. Creveling and his wife Lauren; grandpa Mike of Mars and Jackson Creveling; brother of William Creveling and Jeffrey Creveling and his wife Susan; brother in law of Pam Finegan and her husband Richard; and a devoted uncle of 6 and great uncle to 8.
Mike grew up in the Maple Glen section of Upper Dublin where he graduated from Upper Dublin High School. He continued his education at Bloomsburg University where he was a member of Beta Sigma Delta and received his Bachelors degree. Although friends and classmates in high school, Mike and Barbara waited to start dating in college. The two were married in Ambler, PA on October 29, 1977. They raised their sons in Glenside before moving to Horsham. Mike was an active member and Sunday school teacher for 33 years at Oreland Evangelical Presbyterian Church. He taught 1st and 2nd grade and considered it his favorite hour of the week. To relax, Mike would often be seen on the golf course or his favorite spot, on the raft, in his pool.
